David L. Phillips
Chairman and CEO
David L. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science
in Business with a certificate in Direct Marketing, Sales
& Advertising. David also owns
over 2500 websites under the Retirement Calculator, Inc. umbrella,
including: Retirement 401k, Retirement IRA, Retirement 403b and Retirement Savings Plan.
David estimates that well over 250,000 people are using his
Retirement Calculators to date. Several of his business solutions
are currently in development and will continue to enter the market.
Over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing,
customer relationship management, business intelligence and
IT strategy has contributed to the success of Retirement Calculator,
Inc. Retirement Calculator 2.0 has received top recognition
and was featured live on CBS The Early Show. David has been active
in many organizations including Automation Alley, Start-up
Nation, Sales and Marketing Executives Detroit, American
Marketing Association and can be heard on AM Radio's
WJR 760 in Detroit speaking about various retirement topics.
David has dedicated Retirement Calculator, Inc.
to his Mom and Dad who gave him the spark to start this amazing
company back in March 2002.
Robert J. Phillips
Chief Retirement Consultant
Robert J. Phillips holds a Masters Degree in
Chemical Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
Robert had a distinguished 31-year career with General Motors
Corporation from which he recently retired. Robert retired
as director of the Corporation's Environmental Activities
Staff where he was responsible for environmental and pollution
control activities of GM's vast manufacturing operations
globally.
Robert has numerous technical and managerial
accomplishments including the development of pollution control
technology for the automotive industry that has been displayed
at the World's Fair and placed in operation in numerous locations
in the United States. He has served on several National Blue
Ribbon Committees including a President's Council and
a Federal Advisory Committee on the environment.
Robert has always had a keen interest in financial
markets and in understanding how they operate and how they
can impact his personal retirement planning. During his working
years he combined this interest in financial markets with
his extensive business and technical background to amass a
personal 401K savings account that ranks in the top 1% of
participants nationally.
Now that Robert is retired, it is time to enjoy
life and family. His retirement savings will enable him to
comfortably achieve this goal. He developed the Retirement
Calculator to help him understand how he can safely and comfortably
enjoy this money without worrying about the impact of market
downturns and volatility.
Nicholas Chilenko
Director of Internet Operations
Nicholas Chilenko comes from an extensive background
in website design and Internet marketing, serving a variety
of Fortune 500 and internationally-renowned clients.
In addition to working with Retirement Calculator, Nicholas owns
an online marketing firm and works as a Web manager for numerous
corporations. Nicholas began his Web career at 11 years old and
has since been recognized by several news organizations.
Nicholas Chilenko started his own company, Fynite Web Development, in 1998, while he was still a student in middle school. Shortly after launching Fynite, he became the youngest member accepted into Automation Alley, a consortium of technology companies and institutions in southeast Michigan. Nicholas has been featured in the Detroit News and the Oakland Press and interviewed by nationally acclaimed journalist Mitch Albom on WJR-AM 760 radio. He was also interviewed by Fox 2 Detroit numerous times to speak about his success.
Nicholas became creative and client services director for Motor City Interactive in January 2005 where he served a variety of Fortune 500 and internationally-renowned clients including ABN AMRO, Ford Motors, Comerica Bank, AAA and MotorCity Casino. He has since founded an online marketing firm called Nicholas Creative Media, while he continues to provide consulting services to other interactive media businesses.
Seeing the potential of the baby boomer industry and need to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the senior market, Nicholas joined forces with partner David Phillips to create an unmatched Internet presence in the retirement arena. He continues to develop intuitive business and consumer solutions to ensure the future success of the firm.
Colleen Mulder-Seward

Colleen Mulder-Seward holds both a business degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University.
Since 2000, Colleen has served on the Board of Directors for the Southeastern Michigan Chapter of BetterInvesting. Colleen is a nationally known speaker and instructor on investments and personal finance.
Currently, Colleen writes a monthly column about investment clubs, The Clubhouse, for BetterInvesting magazine. She also serves as Editor-In-Chief for a twice-monthly newsletter about personal finance and investing, Retirement IntelligenceTM Information Services, for Retirement Calculator, Inc.
